Have an good acidproofly of high glutinosity salt liquor,at the liquor which contain K+,Na+,Ca2+and Mg2+,its glutinosity changes little.
Isn’t acuity of the temperature : its glutinosity can’t change with the temperature .
Good dispersion , emulsification and granule floating ,it’s the better emulsification stability agent and granule suspension agent because of high glutinosity and good plasticity about the liquor.
　　At the proper condition of PH , it can become gel with the metal ion such as Fe3+,Al3+ and so on.
　　At the proper percent , it can have an multiplication with Guar gam ,largely increase the glutinosity of Guar gam liquor.
　　At the proper percent ,it can become gel of elasticity with Locust bean gum and konjac gum(flour).
